As seen in the photo, the material is like windproof fabric. I bought 2 in size 6 XL; for a large dog weighing 35 kilos (the dog with light-colored fur in the photo), it fits perfectly. For a dog weighing 50 kilos (the dog with black fur in the photo), it's a bit tight but can be closed.
It arrived in Israel in six days! This is a record so far. The raincoat fits my four-legged friend perfectly; the size was just right. It's well-made, even has a pocket and a leash opening. It's thin - not sure if that's good or bad. Haven't tried it in the rain yet. Waiting for the rain to see.
