Throughout these Terms of Service, "SwissPetHub", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lajos Kali trading as SwissPetHub.

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through swisspethub.ch.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device or screen used to view the store. Minor differences in appearance that do not materially affect the product may occur.

Product availability is subject to change.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Prices

Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).

SwissPetHub is currently not registered for Swiss VAT (MWST) and therefore does not separately charge Swiss VAT as a VAT-registered business.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed separately and are communicated before an order is submitted.

Any additional charges that may apply to imported products are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

Orders and Contract Formation

Before submitting an order, you have the opportunity to review your cart, products, quantities, delivery information and applicable charges and to correct errors.

By submitting an order, you make a binding order for the products in your cart, subject to these Terms of Service.

After an order is submitted, an electronic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, inability to obtain payment, product unavailability or inability to deliver the product.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised or completed using an available payment method before an order can be fulfilled.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are currently shipped within Switzerland only.

Information about processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking and possible import-related charges is provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

SwissPetHub voluntarily offers eligible customers a 30-day return period subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation may be requested within 1 hour after an order is placed. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment or shipment.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us promptly at kalilajos@rocketmail.com.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or warranty rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Swiss law.

Product Use

Products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose, supplied instructions and applicable safety information.

Customers are responsible for choosing products that are appropriate for their pets and for supervising their pets where appropriate.

Pet accessories, toys and similar products should be inspected regularly for wear or damage. Products that have become damaged or could present a risk to an animal should no longer be used.

Intellectual Property

The content of swisspethub.ch, including SwissPetHub branding, store text, graphics and other original content, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law or where the relevant material belongs to a third party.

Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service where reasonably necessary, for example because of changes to our services, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version made available to the customer at the time the order is placed.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and contracts with SwissPetHub are governed by Swiss law.

Any mandatory statutory rights concerning the competent place of jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively at SwissPetHub's place of business where mandatory Swiss law provides another competent place of jurisdiction.
