How to Use It

Brush in the direction the coat grows, in short strokes, with light pressure — the pins should glide, not drag. When the head fills with fur, hold the brush over a bin and press the button on the back; the pins pull in and the fur falls away. Release the button and carry on.

This is a grooming brush for loose fur, not a dematting tool — it will not cut through felted mats, and pulling at them with any brush hurts. Mats need clipping out or a groomer. Go gently around the belly, ears and any thin-coated areas, and stop if your pet shows discomfort.
